Contact us

Questions, feedback or a privacy request? Send a message below or email Admin@picturetolink.com. We usually reply within a few working days.

To get an image removed (copyright, privacy or illegal content), please use the report form instead — it reaches the right queue faster. If you uploaded the image yourself, use the delete link you were given.

Problem with an upload?

Tell us the image link, what you expected and what happened, plus your browser and device. Never send us your delete link.

Privacy request?

Include the image link so we can find the record. See the Privacy Policy for what we store and for how long.

Quick answers

Limits, formats, expiry and deleting images are covered in the FAQ.

Before you write: common questions

I lost the delete link for my image

The delete link is the only proof that you uploaded an image, because we don’t have accounts and don’t know who uploaded what. Check “Recent uploads” on the home page in the browser you used; delete links are saved there on that device. If it’s gone and the image shows you or belongs to you, use the report form and explain why it should be removed.

My link says the image was removed

Images are removed when the chosen expiry time passes, when someone uses the delete link, after 12 months without a single view, or when they break our terms. Removed images can’t be restored, so keep your own copy of anything important.

My iPhone photo won’t upload

The uploader doesn’t accept HEIC, the iPhone’s default format. Convert the photo with our free HEIC to JPG converter first; it works in your browser without uploading anything.

Reporting a bug

Tell us the page address, what you did, what you expected and what happened instead, plus your device and browser (for example “iPhone 15, Safari” or “Windows 11, Chrome”). A screenshot helps. If the problem is with one image, include its link but never its delete link.

Can I use the tools for work or for my website?

Yes. There are no separate business plans or fees: everyone uses the same free tools under the same terms. The compressor, resizer, HEIC converter, Base64 tool and metadata remover run in your browser, so files you process with them never reach us. Only the uploader stores images, and only when you choose to get a link.

Advertising, sponsored posts and link requests

We don’t sell links, sponsored articles or placements in our guides; see our editorial policy. Corrections to an article are always welcome: tell us the page and, if you can, link to the official source.

What to expect

We reply in English by email, usually within a few working days. We never ask for passwords or payment, and we will never ask you to send us a delete link. Messages sent through this form are kept as described in our Privacy Policy.
