Cookie Policy

Last updated: 6 October 2026

What this policy covers

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Local storage is a similar browser feature. This policy explains which ones PictureToLink uses and how to control them. For how we handle personal data generally, see our Privacy Policy.

Your choices

When you first visit, a banner lets you accept all, reject non-essential cookies or manage preferences by category. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland may instead see Google's consent message. You can change your choice at any time with Privacy settings in the footer of every page. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

When analytics or marketing is switched off, Google's tags operate in a restricted mode that does not read or write these cookies (Google Consent Mode). Ads may still appear, but without personalisation.

Google's own cookie list is available at policies.google.com/technologies/cookies.

Managing cookies in your browser

Every major browser lets you see and delete cookies for a single site or for all sites, and block them in future:

  • Chrome and Edge: Settings → Privacy and security, then the cookies and site data (or "site permissions") section.
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
  • Safari on Mac: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data. On iPhone and iPad the website data controls are in the Settings app under Safari.

Deleting our cookies also deletes your saved consent choice, so the banner will appear again on your next visit. It does not delete images you uploaded; to remove an image, use its private delete link. Note that your list of recent uploads is stored in your browser too, so clearing site data removes those saved delete links from this device.

Opting out of Google advertising and analytics

Besides the choices on our site, you can control Google ads personalisation for your Google account at myadcenter.google.com, and stop Google Analytics on all websites with Google's browser add-on. Industry opt-out pages such as optout.aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.eu cover other ad companies.

Changes and contact

We will update this policy if the cookies we use change. Questions: Admin@picturetolink.com.
